民主、人權無國界：Free Aung San Suu Kyi，來自台灣NGO的呼籲
【記者會及演唱會】

無視國際民主社會的壓力與呼籲，緬甸獨裁軍政府決定延長軟禁民主鬥士翁山蘇姬女士，以箝制和打壓緬甸的民主與人權的發展！來自台灣的非政府組織，以及走過政治民主黑暗期的台灣社會，身為國際民主社會的成員，我們關懷和支持緬甸地區的民主發展，我們共同發表聲明，除譴責緬甸獨裁軍政府打壓民主和人權發展之各項暴行之外，更呼籲緬甸政府立即釋放諾貝爾和平獎得主翁山蘇姬女士，以及其他目前仍然被監禁、迫害的民主人士，還給緬甸人民一個民主、自及沒有恐懼的生活。
自從翁山蘇姬女士被軟禁以來，國際民主社會從未間斷的以各種方式救援這位可敬的民主、人權鬥士，其中包括外交及經濟制裁及抵制，以及國際非政府組織的各項行動。而去年（2005年）6月19日，翁山蘇姬女士六十歲生日，許多國際性組織無不發起全球性串連行動，紛紛前往緬甸駐各國大使館或政府機關抗議並為翁山蘇姬女士祝壽，要求緬甸軍政府立即釋放翁山蘇姬女士，然而，由於緬甸在台灣並無任何官方機關，因此，台灣非政府組織以參與國際性連署及新聞稿的方式，參與在這項國際民主的行動之中，聲援緬甸的民主運動。
今年，我們在6月19日這一天，假Youth Hub舉辦「民主、人權無國界：Free Auug Sam Su Kyi，來自台灣NGO的呼籲」記者會、座談會，以及由學生青年呈現的小型演唱會，表達台灣民間社會對於國際民主運動的支持。

活動時間：六月十九日（星期一）下午一點到四點三十分。
活動地點：Youth Hub青年交流中心（台北市中孝東路一段31號）
板南線善導寺站6號出口

緬甸人民對於民主的渴望，走過政治民主黑暗期的台灣社會必能感同身受，而促進國際民主、人權的發展，更需要來自台灣社會的共同參與，我們的訴求只有一個：「Free Aung Sam Su Kyi」。

အဲဒီအခ်ိ္န္မွာဘဲလူျဖ ူအမ်ိဳးသမီးက“ ဒီဦးေလးကလူစိုးမဟုတ္ဘူးသူကလူေကာင္း ” သားေလးကခဏ ေတြေဝျပီး ျပန္ေမးလိုက္သည္ “ တကယ္လို ့သူလူဆိုး မဟုတ္ဖူး ဆိုရင္ သူတစ္ခုခု လုပ္မွားမိလို ့ဘုရားသခင္က သူ ့ကိုအျပစ္ဒဏ္ေပးေနတာလား?” လူမည္းမ်က္လံုး ထဲတြင္ မ်က္ရည္မ်ား လည္ေနေတာ့သည္။ သူက အမ်ိဳးသမီး ဘာ ျပန္ေျဖမည္ ကိုသိခ်င္ေနသည္။

ထိုစဥ္ ခရီးဆံုးျပီျဖစ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ လူမည္းဒရိုက္ဘာကကားေပၚမွ လ်ွင္ျမန္စြာဆင္း ျပီး ကားတံခါး ဖြင့္ေပးျပီး “ အန္တီ အန္တီကိုအရမ္းေက်းဇူးတင္တယ္၊ သင္ရဲ ့စကား တခြန္းေၾကာင့္ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္ ဘဝအေမွာင္ဘဝကေန အလင္းေရာင္ရရွိခဲ့ပါတယ၊္ ေက်း ဇူးတင္ပါတယ္ ”

အရမ္းလွပတဲ့ အမ်ိဳးသမီးဘဲ မဟုတ္လား? ဒါက အေမရိကားမွာ တကယ ့္ျဖစ္ပ်က္ခဲ့ တဲ့ ဇာတ္လမ္းေလးပါ။ ပထမဆံုးၾကားလိုက္ခ်ိန္မွာအိပ္ေမာက်ေနတဲ့စိတ္ကို လွ ုပ္ႏိုး ႏိုင္ခဲ့သလို၊ နာက်င္ေနတဲ့စိတ္ကိုလည္းေႏြးေထြးေစခဲ့ပါတယ္။

多采多姿的世界

在美國，有位白人婦女帶著6歲大的兒子出遠門，
找來了計程車，司機是位黑人。

這六歲的兒子從未見過黑人，心中非常的害怕，就問媽媽：
「這人是不是壞人，為什麼會長得黑嚕嚕」？ 黑人司機聽了很難過。

此時白人婦女告訴兒子：
「這位司機叔叔，不是壞人，他是一個很好的人」。

兒子沈默半晌再問道：「既然他不是壞人，那他是不是做了什麼壞事，所以天母在懲罰他」？

黑人聽了淚水在眼眶中打轉，他很想知道這白人婦女怎樣回答？
媽媽說：「他是個很好的人，也沒有做壞事。咱們家花園裏的花，有紅、有白、
有黃...是不是」？

「是啊！是啊」！
「那花的種子是不是都黑色的」？
孩子想了一下，「對啊！都是黑的」。

「黑色的種子，開出色彩鮮美的花朵，讓這世界多采多姿，是不是」？
「是啊！」孩子恍然大悟地說：「那司機叔叔不是壞人嘍！感謝司機叔叔，您讓這世界多采多姿，我要為您祈禱」。

天真的孩子在一旁禱告著，黑人司機的淚水奪眶而下心裏想：
「身為黑人被世人瞧不起，今日，這位白人婦女如此溫婉地教導孩子，解除孩子心中對我的恐懼，為我祈禱與祝福。真得好好的謝謝她」。

此時，目的地到了，黑人司機趕緊下車，為這對白人母子開車門，感激的說：「夫人，謝謝您，您的一席話，讓我的人生，充滿光明希望，不再晦暗。夫人，謝謝您」！

很美麗的女子，是不是？這是發生在美國的真實故事。
第一次聽到時，深深憾醒沈睡的心。
更溫暖了傷痕纍纍的心。

方便警方查戶口

အခုတေလာရန္ကုန္အနီးတဝိုက္ကေနအိမ္ေတြမွာဧည့္စာရင္းစစ္ဖိုလြယ္ကူေစရန္ အတြက္ အိမ္တိုင္း၄x၆ဆိုက္ဓါတ္ပံုခ်ိတ္ရမယ္လို ့ ေၾကျငာထားတယ္ၾကားရတယ္

緬甸軍事政權為加強監督老百姓，要求仰光附近住家，把家人 照片掛在牆上，方便警方檢查。緬甸原本就有戶口制度，就是 每戶要有戶口本，每戶人家不得隨意讓外人留宿，如果留宿， 必須向警方登記。現在緬甸為加強對人民監督，防止有人窩藏 壞人或反政府人士，要求仰光附近每戶人家，必須把家人照片 放大成４x６英吋照片掛在牆上，方便警察臨檢。
